This past week, Sept. 19 to 22, Redlands East Valley High School clubs competed for valuable membership positions. Booths were set up all throughout the quad in an attempt to pique student interest. Each booth presented helpful information for their club as well as sign up sheets and meeting times for new members. The various clubs arranged a food sale on Thursday, which has consistently drawn members to the club
These clubs varied from the creativity-centered Art Club, to the more academic Speech and Debate team, and with the further politically based Young Republicans. With the large variety of clubs available, every student had, and still has, the ability to find a perfect fit for them. As expected, the fair raised a large amount of attention for these and many other groups on campus across the span of the week.
Even though the club week has since passed, it is not too late for students to gather information about the club of their choice. Many club rosters can be found under the community section of the webpage. Students can find information about clubs they were unable to check out at the fair. It is never too late to get involved with clubs throughout high school.
